She was predeceased by: her sister Kay Pittman Harris (James). She is survived by: her husband Romulo "Ray" Tolentino; her children, Tanya Rene Shivley (Karl), Marcus Ray Tolentino (Bobbi) and Scott Stewart Tolentino (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Keri, Cheryl, Steven, Gavin, Brenden, Isabella, Jacob, Lillie, Haley, Hank, Marlee, Gabriel, Alexis, Declan, Aubrey, Natalie and Caleb; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Steven Jr., Haylee, Rowdy, Emma and Ellie.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to First Baptist Church of Atoka.
