She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Neiger and Barbara Malone Neiger; her husband Dr. Paul Wingard; and her siblings, Larry Neiger, Pat Neiger and Kathy Neiger.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Cunard (Deb), Adam Mattice, Angela Cunard and Mindy Divincenzo (Shawn); her sister Sharon Nemeth (John); her grandchildren, Samantha, Maryann, Phillip, Caitlyn, Alyssa, Chelsea, Makayla, Dominic, Kristen, Austin, Payton and Ronin; her great grandchildren, Rose Marie, Zady, Opie and Jackson; and her friends, Rev. Tony and Christie Elam.
