He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Maglio and Louise Maglio; and his sister Carolyn Manzo. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sojourner; his children, Melissa Pearl (Richard) of Murfreesboro, Emily Voyles (Marc) and Michael Maglio (Ann) of Tampa, Florida; his siblings, Mary Louise Lowry of Orlando, Florida, Joe Maglio (Beverly) and Tony Maglio (Mary) of Memphis, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Alexis Swanson, Morgan Foster, Cody Maglio, Carson Foster, Lillian Maglio, Alicia Voyles and Scarlett Bryant; and his great grandchildren, Mack Swanson and Layna Swanson.
