Peggy Jean Ellis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jean Ellis of Atoka, Tennessee, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Sawyer and Edna Sawyer; her husband Bobby Ellis; her daughter Edna Sue Pace; her grandson Matthew Louis Taylor; and her brother Paul Sawyer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Rodgers (Stan), Barbara Murphy (Randy) and Lesli Goss (Donnie); her grandchildren, Scott Rodgers, Joey Worrell, Brian Worrell, Jamie White, Samantha Dawson, Levi Taylor and Daniel Pace; and her siblings, Juanita Owen, Gennie Ihrie and Roy Sawyer. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
