She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Richardson and Ora Reynolds Richardson; her husband David L. Chadwick, Sr.; and her siblings, Wayne Richardson, Judy Turner, Linda Taylor and Kathy Sue Purvis.
She is survived by: her children, David Chadwick (Cheri) and Lou Ellen Chadwick; her grandson Adam Nolan; her sisters, Ora Lee Lindsey, Glen Dean Wilson and Kay Wilson; and her sister-in-law Charlene Strother. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
