He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Elliott and Lois Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Elliott; his stepchildren, Kathy McDonough (Jimmy) of Munford, Kimberly Smith (Patrick) of Brighton and David Starnes (Mary) of Munford; his grandchildren, Morgan Adkins, Jackson McDonough, Matthew Smith, Sara Smith, Jace Starnes, Drew Starnes, George Sigler (Kayla) and Hannah Sigler (Abbie); his great grandchild Georgia Ann Sigler; and his siblings, Frank Elliott (Harriett) of Bryan, TX, Jean Isler (Dick) of Denver, CO, Jane Gates (Kenneth) of Weatherford, TX and Judy Pillow (Frank) of Denver, CO..
