He was predeceased by: his stepsons, Aundray and Michael Malone; and his siblings, Gertie Marrero, Ollie and John Henry Cobb.

He is survived by: his children, Bobby Cobb Jr.-Payne, Anthony Cobb-Payne of Atoka and Pamela McGregor (Eugene) of Granger, IN; and his stepchildren, Malessa Woods and Larry Malone of Memphis, TN.. He is also survived by nieces, great nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
