She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Bowman Carroll and Arthur Drane Bullock; and her stepfather James E. Carroll. She is survived by: her husband Eric H. Collins; her daughters, Tammie Lynn Ceja (Carlos, Sr.) and Terri Lynn Carnell Langton (Randy); her brother Arthur D. Bullock (Jane); her grandchildren, Eric M. White, Leticia M. Newell (Paul), Steven N. Carnell (Kathryn), Norma L. Ceja, Carlos Ceja, Jr. and Kawanda Homolka (Zayn); and her great grandchildren, Noah J. Carnell, Syrena D. Carnell, Dalton N. Carnell, Parker E. Carnell and Mason C. Carnell.
