She was predeceased by: her husband James Clements; her parents, Albert Push and Lena Push; and her grandchildren, Sarah Clements, Rebecca Spahr and Anthony Clements.

She is survived by: her sons, Timothy J. Clements (Kathy), Randy A. Clements, Michael Steven Clements and Justin L. Clements (Shelby). She is also survived by five grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
