Wheeler Wattenbarger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2021, at the age of 86, Wheeler Wattenbarger (Athens, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grayson Wattenbarger and Maggie Jane Buttram Wattenbarger; his brother Warren Wattenbarger; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred and Fred C. Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise McCulloch Wattenbarger of Athens; his daughter Tina Morgan; his son-in-law Paul of Riceville; his sister Hazel Hicks of Englewood; his niece Denise Roach (Billy); his nephew Mark Wattenbarger; his great-nephews, Josh Roach and Gray Wattenbarger; and his great-niece Leigh Hollingsworth (John).
