He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Price and Maggie Walls Price; his wife Octsie Pauline Hammonds Price; his son Marty Price; and his son-in-law Doug Duggan.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie "Sis" Duggan; his sister Susie Glover (Wendell); his siblings-in-law, Art Rodgers and Terry Nesmith; his grandchildren, Marty Price (Brittany), Stephen Duggan and Lucky Duggan; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Price and Jorja Price. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
