He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Shultz of Conover, NC, Josh Shultz (Cathy) of Chattanooga, TN and Russell Shultz of Athens, TN; his grandchildren, Kelly, Garrison Shultz, Alyssa, Kaylee Goulds, Daniel, James and Emma Shultz; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Ann Hughes, Daniel Farmer and Richard Jones.
