With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virigina Josephine Scroggins Blount of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on September 26, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E. Scroggins and Neva Scroggins; her husband Robert H. Blount; and her brother Don Scroggins. She is survived by: her brother R. E.; her sister-in-law Marie Scroggins of Oxford, Penn.; her sister Nola; and her brother-in-law Howard Hubbard of Lenoir City, Tenn.. She is also survived by Five Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
