She is survived by: her husband Corbin Young; her children, Mark Young and Beverley Rose; her grandchildren, Laura Smith, Caleb Young and Laceica Turner; her great grandchild Corbin "Luke" Carver; her siblings, Jack Niles and Linda Summitt; and also David Rose. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home (521 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37371). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727-1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
