He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pruett; his children, Dustin Green (Jessika) and Amy Johnson (Anthony); his mother Helen Pruett; his sister Tina Pruett; and his nephew Ryan Carter. He is also survived by several grandchildren, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
