He is survived by: his wife Reba Diane Hicks (Crowder) of Athens; his children, Stephanie Lopez of Athens, April Minnis (Jason) of Decatur, Brianna Rymer, David Hicks of Athens, Rex Hicks of Athens, Scotty Roberts (Angela) of Etowah, Randy Roberts of Decatur and Eric Hicks; his grandchildren, Shawn Cline, Ryan Lopez, Austin Lopez, Dillan Roberts, Colt Rymer, Maranda Roberts-Catlett, Jennifer Smith (Zach), Bayli Beason (Chayton), Avonlea Rymer, Adrianna Catlett, Everett Catlett, Maura Catlett, Nevaeh Smith and Alayah Smith; his siblings, Ellen (Joe Smith) of Madisonville, Glenda Barr of Madisonville and Oasbin; and his sister-in-law Faye Hicks of Lenoir City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great friends.
