He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Larry Webb and Betty Marie Vail Webb. He is survived by: his children, Gloria Autumn Marie Blair and Donavan Sebastian Webb; his brothers, Raymond (Lynn Webb), Michael (Melissa Webb) and Jeff (Rhonda Webb); his aunt Connie York; his cousin David; his nephews, Tristen Webb and Tyler Webb; and his niece Jessica Webb.
