He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Moore and Minnie Carter Moore; and his siblings, John, Leonard, Dave Moore, Ruth Lunsford, June Howard, Violet Frye, Alice Moore, Willie Kay Gibbs and Carol Tatum.
He is survived by: his nephew Gordon Swallows. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
