He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Watson George of Riceville, Tenn.; his daughters, Karen George Griffy of Chattanooga and Jennifer George Hardin (Clay) of Franklin; his grandson William Alexander Griffy; his sister Barbara George Dunn (Kinion) of Cookeville Tenn; his sister-in-law Susan Watson Bishop (Tenn) of Calhoun; and his nephew Jason Richards Bishop.
