She is survived by: her parent Florence Womac Slack; her daughter Carol Bates of Englewood; her children-in-law, Carroll Bates (Red) of Englewood, Ronnie Slack, Doris Slack of Harriman and Danny Slack of Kingston; and her grandchildren, Dawn Jenkins of Kingston, Ashley Womac of Athens, Valerie Pickel of Englewood, Audrey Dempster of Morristown, Sharon Wilson, David Slack of Maryville and Randall Bates of Riceville.
