He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Hal C. and Trudy Eulberg Plemons. He is survived by: his son Christopher H. Plemons of Lufkin, TX; and his siblings, Patty Garwood of Athens, Joe Plemons of Chicago, IL, Mike and Sid Plemons of Knoxville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
