She was predeceased by: her parents, Ules Riggs and Frankie Riggs; her husband Richard Steven Rick Wattenbarger; and her granddaughter Ashley Todd. She is survived by: her children, David Palmer (Jennifer) of Sweetwater, Sarah Melinda Thomas (Jeff) of Tellico Plains, Mary Todd (Johnny) of Sweetwater and Alisha Wattanbarger of Athens; her sisters, Janetta Moore and Elizabeth (Junior Runyan); and her great grandchildren, Akeem Todd, Chris Parton, Jami McKean, Sarah Thomas, Sophia Thomas, Ashley Thomas and Jason Todd.
