He is survived by: his wife Judith Price Olsen; his children, Deborah Joy Olsen, Samuel J. Olsen II and Elizabeth Anna Smith (Travis); and his siblings, Ernest Olsen (Carol), Wally Olsen (LaDean), Jonathan Olsen (Jodi), Bruce Olsen (Kristin), Marian Olsen Briones and Dorothy Anne Olsen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
