We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Sally Anderson of Athens, Tennessee, born in Apalachicola, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Anderson; her parents, Paul Norton and Alma Norton; and her daughter Constance Ann. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Mayfield (Rob) of Athens, TN, Cindy Baker (Mike) of Knoxville, TN and Leigh Lones (Bill) of Atlanta, GA; her grandson Andy Mayfield (Jennifer) of Athens, TN; and her children, Tim Mayfield (Maggie) of Missoula, MT, Elizabeth Baker, Hannah Lones Portschy (Taylor) and Garrett Lones of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mars Hill Presbyterian Church (205 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37303). Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Mars Hill Presbyterian Church 205 N. Jackson Street, Athens Tennessee 37303 or a charity of your choice.
