It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Webb (Athens, Tennessee), who passed away on February 20, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Ruth and Theodore Lewis Pierce; her brothers, James and John Lewis Pierce; her husband James Webb; her sons, Teddy (Carolyn), Jeffery, Chris (Angela) and Chad Webb (Wendy); and her siblings, Edward Pierce, Jody Prater and Philip Pierce. She was also cherished by her nine grandchildren, three great-grand children, and many nieces and nephews.
