It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Lillard Rouse Sr. of Athens, Tennessee, born in Neptune, New Jersey, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rouse and Mary Rouse; his son Kevin Rouse; and his siblings, Marie Rouse and Melvin Rouse.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hester Rouse; his sons, Russell Rouse Jr. and Toby Rouse; his grandchildren, Bradley, Shylah, Ariat, Sage and Kyndare; and his sisters, Rita Wall and Margaret Rouse. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
