She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Rue and Pearl Rue; her former husband Charles Handy; her son Michael Roger Handy; and her siblings, Viola Wilcox, Frances Rhinehart, Austin Rue Jr. and Danny Rue.
She is survived by: her husband Cesar "Rocky" Bagazo; her children, Francine Hicks (Jeff), Bill Handy (Mandi) and Steven Handy (Carmen) of Old Fort, TN; and her brother Vernon Rue. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
