He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Geneva Mullins Hoover; and his sons, Barry Mullins, Larry Mullins (Angela), Joe Mullins and Keith Mullins. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, several siblings, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
