She is survived by: her spouse Ronald Smith; her children, Steven Holden and Danielle Smith; her stepsons, Ronald Smith of Niagara Falls, Donald Smith of Middleboro and Mass; her grandchildren, Kyle Belleisle and Danny Belleisle; and her sister Judy Usher.
