He was predeceased by: his parents, William Crippen Hutsell, Sr. and Willie Mae Snyder Hutsell; and his siblings, Mary Ruth Hutsell, Max Everett Hutsell (Sylvia) and W. C. Hutsell, Jr. (June).
He is survived by: his siblings, Nellie Hutsell Kyker-Sliger of Niota, TN., Martha Carolyn Hutsell Pemberton of Nashville, TN. and Charles David Hutsell (Shirley) of Brentwood, TN.; his wife Betty Lou Womac Hutsell; his children, Robert Stephen Hutsell (Sherry) of Athens, TN., Mary Diane Townsend (Johnny) of Gatlinburg, TN. and Patricia Caroline Butler (Jack) of Gatlinburg, TN.; and his grandchildren, Jason Ray Townsend (Misty) of Kodak, Stephanie Lynne Hutsell Turner (Wally) of Athens, TN., Mary Leanne Townsend David (Reed) of Gypsum, CO., Amanda Caroline Butler of Gatlinburg, TN. and Christopher Evan Butler (Jourdan) of Norfolk, VA.. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, several Nieces and Nephews, and numerous friends.
Due to COVID restrictions, there will be no formal receiving of friends, but viewing hours will be 12-2 PM, Friday, February 19, 2021, at Sewee Church of God, Niota, TN. The family requests that you wear masks and social distance.
