He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Bright and Edwina Roush Bright; his daughter Connie Spoonemore; his stepdaughter Sebrina Michelle Quakenbush; and his siblings, Connie, Edna and Jim Bright.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Bright; his stepdaughter Kimberly Reann Kirtz of Muncie, IN; his siblings, Clarence Bright of Florida, Raymond Bright of Muncie, IN, Lewis Bright of Muncie, IN, Tish of Muncie, IN and Edwina of Muncie, IN; and his grandchildren, Alicia, Amber and Michael. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
