He is survived by: his wife Bunny Fisher Browder; his children, Richard Cullen Browder Jr. (Ela) of Raleigh, NC and Allison Hundley Leonard (Jeffery); his stepdaughter Laura Fisher Shelton McGee (Raymond) of Grand Rivers, KY; his sister-in-law Emma Jane Browder of Athens, TN; his grandchildren, Michael Cullen Browder of Raleigh, NC, Elizabeth Siena Browder of Anacortes, WA, Eliza Mayer of Anacortes, WA, Will Mayer of Anacortes, WA and Abigail Suzanne Leonard of Cleveland, TN; and his stepgranddaughter Anna Grace McGee.
