She is survived by: her parent Beulah Ware Melton; her daughter Melanie Johnson of Hampton, VA; her son-in-law Barry Johnson of Hampton, VA; her son Randy Cook of Ten Mile; her daughter-in-law Anna Cook of Ten Mile; her son Mark Cook of Charleston; her daughter-in-law Cherie Cook of Charleston; her grandchildren, Shelby Ogle, Zach Cook, Seth Cook, Evan Johnson, Daniel Johnson and Cory Cook; her great grandchildren, Elan Ogle and Avi Ogle; her sisters, Freda Fowlkes of Nashville and Catherine Melton of Athens; and her aunt Martha Ann Sullins of Athens.
