He is survived by: his wife Lisa Franklin; his daughters, Melanie Kerr (Daren), Melissa Takada (Yosuke) and Ashley Valencia of Athens, TN; his grandchildren, Jada of Athens, TN, Derek Kerr of Athens, TN and Erika Takada of Athens, TN; and his brothers, Ronnie Franklin (Kim) of Decatur, TN, Jerry Franklin (Gail) of Decatur, TN, Scott Franklin (Micki) of Decatur, TN and Bobby Franklin (Jill) of Coker Creek, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, and uncles.
