She was predeceased by: her brother Jeremy Ballew; and her parents-in-law, Jimmy and Otha Key. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Key; her children, Matthew Key (Kelsey), Alex Key and Brooklyn Key; her stepdaughter Kayla Elgin; her mother Sheila Hampton (David); and her grandmother Nancy Ballew. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other loved family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Companion Funeral & Cremation Service (400 S White St, Athens, TN 37303). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
