It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy J Semanek (Athens, Tennessee), born in Pulaski, Tennessee, who passed away on December 1, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wayne and Lottie Jean Green Bowen; her husband Edward Semanek; her son Wayne Semanek; and her siblings, G. W. Bowen, Claudia Tompilli, Ellen Bowen and Mae Simmons.

She is survived by: her sister Sue Putman of Ardmore, AL. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
