He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Clyde and Phyllis Snyder Montgomery. He is survived by: his brother William "Buzz" Montgomery (Tammie); his nephew Josh Withrow (Hobie); his great-nephews, Channing, Cooper and Walker Withrow; and his uncle Lynn Montgomery (Lois).
