It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noble Sutherland Clark (Athens, Tennessee), who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her siblings, Sally Dooly Newman of McDonald, TN and Philip S Dooly of Andrews, NC; her children, Lucia Clark Case and George Charles Clark (Kathy) of Athens, TN; her grandchildren, John Blanton Edgar, James Philip Case (Jody), Elizabeth Noble Case Ergen (William), Charles Amos Clark (Sarah) and Richard Porter Clark (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Santiago, McKinley, Rosalind, Marshall, Charlie, Laurel, Billy, Annie and James. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Paul's Church (rector's discretionary fund), to Grace House, or to the Athens YMCA (youth services) would be very much appreciated by the family.
