She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Caleb Jones and Francis Randall Jones; her husband Charles Willard Carter; her daughter-in-law Cindy Carter; and her grandson Elisha Andrus.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Carter, Tracy Carter and Randy Carter; her grandchildren, Randall Carter, Caleb Carter, Amanda Carter, Kim Andrus and Wesley Fairbanks (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Ava Fairbanks, Colby Fairbanks and Bailey Wallis; her sisters, Faye Wilson and Peggy Haynes; and her son-in-law Charles "Chuck" Fairbanks.
