She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Duckett and Martha Duckett; and her husband Oliver James "O. J.". She is survived by: her grandson Andy Axley; her siblings, Grace Williams, Gladys Thompson, Juanita Baker, Beula Miller, Bobbie Morrow, Violet Dillard, Ersa Bryan, Wilburn Duckett, Alvin Duckett and Lester Duckett; and her children, Norma Webb (Ronnie) of Athens, Three, Raymond Axley (Carolyn) of Farragut, Van Axley (Allison) of Stevenson, AL and Dan Axley (Karen) of Athens, Eight.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Camp Fairview.
