She was predeceased by: her parent Jessie James; and her husband Roy Hubert Fields. She is survived by: her parent Josie Altizer; her son-in-law Revina Carrick of Sweetwater; and also, Lee III and Jody Elmore, III of Etowah. She is also survived by two sons and daughters-in-law.
