She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Swayne and Ruth Swayne of Etowah, TN; her daughter Kathryn Engebretsen; her son-in-law Harold Engebretsen of St. George, UT; and her brothers-in-law, Joe Jaquish and Bill Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Paul Jaquish of Athens, TN; her siblings, Doug Swayne (Shirley) of Etowah, TN and Sonia Williams of Asheville, NC; her son Michael Jaquish (Sara) of Riceville, TN; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Kailey Franklin, Isaac, Isabelle, Indigo Hampton, Tristan, Amberlin Bradner, Mercedes, Chandler, Katelynn Blad, Ethan, Logan, Xander Mockridge, Sofia Ayala and Lily Engebretsen; her great great grandchild Kyle Greyson Nye; and her siblings-in-law, Becky Jaquish and Pat Jaquish (Brenda). She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
