He is survived by: his child Sherry Payne; his son-in-law Paul Payne; his son Terry Randolph; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Randolph; his grandsons, Randy Payne and Nicholas Payne (Tabitha Payne); his great grandchildren, Logan, Rayley, Paisley Payne and Olivia Payne; his sister Charlotte (Horace Newman); and his daughters, Ann Vernon, Darlene Robertson and Kathy Reagan.
