She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garnett Watt and Katherine Hazel Swaggerty Watt; her siblings, Jimmie Sue Watt Walker, William Garnett Watt Jr. and Steven Alex Watt; her nephews, William Mark Rogers and Daniel Ray Watt; and her niece Marla Suzanne Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Chesney (Doug), Wayne Jelley (Kristine) and Troy Jelley; her grandchildren, Beth Bonds (Horatio), Ann Inglis, Karen Johnson (Zack), Christopher Jelley and Nicole Jelley; her great grandchildren, Katie Inglis, Kara Inglis, Winston Bonds, Sophie Bonds, Rose Bonds and Clay Bonds; and her siblings, Connie Queen, Patricia White and Walter Watt.
