She was predeceased by: her parent Kendall Hutsell; her brother Paul Hutsell; and her stepson Keith Elrod. She is survived by: her parent Pauline Boyd Hutsell (Polly); her husband Jerry D. Elrod of Athens; her son David A. Boyd; her daughter-in-law Ronda Boyd of Athens; her grandchildren, Joselyn Lee and David Boyd, II; and her siblings, Judy Hadorn (Phil) of Athens, Peggy Allmon and Kenny Hutsell (Sylvia) of Athens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
