It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Burke of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on June 9, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Plemons and Nola Fain Plemons; and her brothers, Lewis Plemons and Harlan Plemons. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Burke of Athens; her daughter Connie; and her son-in-law Victor Ricks of Athens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to McMinn County Regional Humane Society and The Alzheimer's Association.
