With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Anthony Hicks of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Charles Hicks and Ethleen Hicks; and his sisters, Gale (Glenn Moses) and Charleen (Woodrow "Sonny" Thrasher). He is survived by: his sons, Mark Anthony II and Caleb Daniel Hicks; the mother of his children Sandra; his siblings, Gene (Joan Hicks), Bill (Janie Hicks) and Becky; his brother-in-law Harley Moses; his brother Doug Hicks; and his stepgranddaughter Kayla McMinn. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
