He was predeceased by: his parent John McGary Case; and his brother David Case. He is survived by: his wife Karen Shaw Case of Athens; his mother Sally Coates Case of Athens; his children, Jennifer Case of Boston, MA and Matthew Case of Athens; his stepsons, Joseph Basile of Lakeland, FL, Michael Basile of Lakeland, FL and Wayne Basile of Lakeland, FL; his parents-in-law, Wayne Shaw of Coker Creek and June Shaw of Coker Creek; his husband Kim Baxter of Sweetwater; and also, Susan Michael, Barry Michael of Danville, KY, Sandy Walker, Steve Walker of Riceville and Wayne Baxter of Sweetwater.
