She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Swafford and Ella Kate Kincaid Swafford. She is survived by: her sons, Carl Balaban and John Balaban of Athens; her sister Janie; her brother-in-law Vearl Reynolds of Athens; her brother Franklin; and her sister-in-law Katherine Swafford of Athens Several. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
