It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Alice Copenhaver Coley of Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl L. Coley, Sr.; and her parents, Foute Dewey and Nola Rhea Monger Copenhaver. She is survived by: her children, Carl Louis Coley, Jr. (Debbie) of Stephenson, AL and Sandra Kelley (Marvin) of Athens; her grandchildren, Robert Kelley (Heather), Tonya Kelley Keaton (Ken), Shannon Kelley Mitchell (Nick) and Jonathan Prince (Pam); her great grandchildren, Alan Coley (Noel), Abigail Kelley, Cameron, Joy Keaton, Caiti Rowland (Tyler), Kelley Young (Ricky), Brandon, Jacob "Bubba" Kelley (Candise), Grady, Hayes, Blair and Morgan Prince; and her cousins, Ann Copenhaver Jenkins, Billie Hall Lane and Bill Pickel (Linda). She is also survived by many great-great grandchildren and other family and friends.
